Notice: This page provides a user-friendly presentation of our legally binding Terms and Conditions. By using the website, requesting a service, or making a payment, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between:
TORENDI GODO KAISHA (トレンディ合同会社), a Japanese limited liability company, registered at 〒106-0032 東京都港区六本木5丁目13番19号 ライオンズマンション六本木101号室, operating under the trade name J-POP TICKETS (hereinafter referred to as “J-POP TICKETS”), and the individual user of the services provided through jpoptickets.com (the “Client”).
For the avoidance of doubt, all references to “J-POP TICKETS” in this Agreement refer to TORENDI GODO KAISHA acting under its trade name.
J-POP TICKETS provides a purchasing intermediary service. This means we act on your behalf to attempt to purchase tickets for events in Japan according to your instructions.
This Agreement is a mandate contract (委任契約) under Japanese law.
J-POP TICKETS:
The ticket itself is a contract between you and the ticket issuer or event organizer.
The service is available only to individual persons who are 18 years or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
By using the service, you confirm that:
Tickets are purchased in your legal name. J-POP TICKETS is not responsible for issues caused by name mismatches.
All payments are clearly itemized and may include:
The Service Fee is non-refundable once we have carried out your request.
J-POP TICKETS never advances its own funds. Tickets are purchased only after receiving your payment.
Some tickets are sold through lotteries. In these cases:
In some cases, J-POP TICKETS may waive the Participation Fee and charge only the Service Fee if the lottery is won.
Lottery results are decided entirely by the ticket issuer. Winning is never guaranteed.
Each invoice includes a payment deadline based on the ticket issuer’s rules.
If payment is not completed on time:
For lotteries, failure to pay after winning means the ticket will not be purchased and any Participation Fee remains payable.
For physical tickets, our obligation is fulfilled when:
Actual receipt is not required for fulfillment.
For digital tickets, delivery is completed when valid access information or QR codes are provided or issued.
After delivery, responsibility transfers to you. We are not responsible for loss, deletion, or device issues.
Some tickets require Japanese phone numbers, SMS verification, local apps, or identity checks.
We may warn you about known limitations, but we do not guarantee that all tickets will be usable on all devices or accounts.
J-POP TICKETS may suspend or cancel services if fraud, misuse, or abuse is suspected.
We may retain funds to cover chargebacks or penalties caused by improper use of the service.
You agree to cooperate with verification requests from payment providers or authorities.
J-POP TICKETS’ maximum liability is limited to the Service Fee paid.
We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, travel costs, accommodation expenses, or emotional distress.
This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence under Japanese law.
We may reject requests before payment at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, including non-payment, false information, technical non-compliance, or fraudulent behavior.
Fees already paid remain payable when termination is due to the Client’s actions.
